1. Use sunscreen products

Smoking is the shortcut to quick aging of your skin. Next time, look closely at anyone you know that smokes frequently, especially around the mouth.

Under stress, the moisturizing ability of your skin is weakened and easily becomes dry and exhausted. When angry or tired, pimples appear on your skin due to this reason. Managing stress with moderate exercise or hobby activities is not only good for your skin but also good for your mental health.
4. Eat Healthy Food
In order to maintain healthy skin, it is first better to consume healthy balanced food rather than eating anything you want and then applying expensive cosmetic products to hide it up.
Also, try to eat a moderate portion of balanced food regularly. 3 meals with 3-4 small snacks such as an apple or banana will surely improve your skin condition.
